The tools and resources that I use, love, and/or highly recommend.
Most are affiliate links.
Books & Tarot Decks
What does a witch web developer read? A lot of various things. What kind of tarot decks does she use? Way too many. Find them all at my Bookshop.org page

My list of favorite books and tarot decks.
Software & Services
As a business owner, graphic designer, web developer, web designer, and writer... I go through a lot of SaaS (software as service) tools and software. There is no one tool to rule them all, and that's not a bad thing.
For Writing
Scrivener
The ultimate tool if you are doing research heavy or multi-part writing pieces. Buy once and own it forever. Scrivener does have a learning curve, but it can be very helpful for big projects, such as essays and books.
Obsidian
Obsidian is what Notion used to be–only better. Local storage, simple and clean interface, easily organize all of your writing. Oh, and it's free and open source. While Obsidian does not have a database feature, I think that puts it above Notion as a place to write and store writing.
Scheduling
Cal.com
A free alternative to Calendly, Acuity, and others, Cal.com is a fantastic booking software for free and paid appointments. Start for free or upgrade to a paid account for more features, and save 20% off your first year. (affiliate)
Email Service Providers
Proton Mail
I've been using Proton mail for the past year, after leaving Google Workspace. It has its limitations in exchange for secure, encrypted and private email. Not ideal for those that rely on Google Calendar for business / appointment scheduling. Privacy is a battle of choices. Get two weeks free on your chosen plan today. (affiliate)
Passwords and Security
Bitwarden
For password handling, there's nothing better than Bitwarden. It's free. It's open source. It works in your browser(s) and in your phone(s) and you can share account details with family easily.
Non-Google Browsers
Ditching Google Chrome? Good for you! Try Brave, Vivaldi, or Firefox.
For Your Website
Fathom Analytics
Privacy focused analytics for your website. No cookies required. Say Goodbye to Google Analytics and get $10 off your first invoice from Fathom Analytics. (affiliate link)
Namecheap
I register all of my new domains thru Namecheap and love their pricing. I buy a lot of domains, y'all. Give them a try and save on new registrations. (affiliate)
Ghost.org
I use Ghost to host TheFieryWell.com and recommend it for all small businesses that have a content first structure. They are open source, simple to use, and worth the cost. Say goodbye to WordPress for publishing and say hello to your friendly Ghost. (not an affiliate)
Squarespace
Squarespace can be your ideal website builder if you are a visual person and need straightforward e-commerce (whether digital or physical products) or a very simple members only area on your website. I used them for about a year before landing on Ghost and still recommend Squarespace for folks getting started with an online presence but I recommend it be a temporary stop in your journey. Podia
Do you need a website, and to sell digital products, courses, webinars, etc? And send targeted emails and newsletters? And you don't want to use a bunch of different tools to do it? Just getting started? You need Podia. (affiliate link)
Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
Social media is great, but having direct access to your audience is even better. If you are focused on email marketing and newsletters for 2026 I suggest Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Hate the name, love the product. Get started for free and build your audience with their CreatorNetwork. (affiliate)
Termageddon
As a website owner you have to have a privacy policy in place. And the right kind. At the right time. Or else: lawsuits. Termageddon keeps me covered with a privacy policy that updates automatically based on what laws are changing, as well as the other legal pages I need for my (and my clients) websites. Do not use a static template from a legal template website: use Termageddon (and save 10% off your first payment). (affiliate)
Hardware
None of these are affiliate links. I just really like them.
Leuchtturm1917
I'm a bullet journal-er of many years and use the LEUCHTTURM1917 for the majority of my journaling needs. I like a dotted A5 and I choose a new color every year or category of journaling (I have a system).
BenQ ScreenBar Monitor/Desk Light
If you hate overhead lights as much as I do and find desk lamps interfere with the light from your monitor I highly recommend a screen bar light. I have the BenQ ScreenBar led one and it's done wonders for my office setup and eyes. The light adjusts in temperature and brightness based on ambient light or you can have full control over it. It fits my 21" iMac without covering the camera and lights up my desk without fighting for my attention.
Keychron K10 HE
If you like an "old fashioned" keyboard with an updated twist such as programmable keys, lighting, and a delicious thocky click-click typing experience I highly recommend Keychron and their K10 HE. The keys are programmable (no software needed) and the typing experience is delightful.
